Shipping policy
Here at Nuroknee we strive to give our customers the fastest shipping time possible.
Our shipping time can be categorised into two phases as follow:
i). PROCESSING TIME:
Our processing time may take anywhere between:
- 1-3 business days
Please note that holidays and weekends are excluded from business days. Once orders have been shipped, order cancellation and change of address is no longer available. Please see return policy for further instructions.
ii). SHIPPING TIME:
The shipping time refers to the time your order takes from being dispatched to being delivered to your doorstep.
Our shipping time average from:

6-10 business days to most countries including:
- United States (excluding Hawaii)
- Australia (excluding regional areas)
- United Kingdom
- Canada
- New Zealand
- Japan
Please email us if you wish to enquire the average shipping time for a specific country.
Tracking number will be provided to your email when the orders are shipped. If you do not receive your tracking number after 5 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us here.
WRONG ADDRESS / STOLEN / LOST PACKAGES:
We take no responsibility in the input of wrong address, stolen, or lost packages.
Please double check on your shipping address before completing your order and to contact us immediately if your address is found to be incorrect.
Once orders are shipped, there is absolutely nothing we can do to update the delivery address, It is the customer's responsibility to provide us with accurate shipping address for successful delivery.
SHIPPING FEES:
Some countries may not be eligible for the free shipping offer. You can find out if your country has free shipping at the checkout page.
Shipping fees and add-ons such as priority processing and insured shipping are non refundable.
FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPT:
In the case where delivery attempt failed due to nobody at home or incomplete shipping address, we offer a one-time free re-delivery attempt with no extra charge. Any further re-delivery attempt will incur additional fee for case handling and delivery fees.
DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVE:
Delivery success will be determined by the updates in the tracking system. Your order will be considered successfully delivered according to the tracking information. If, despite a successful delivery update, you haven't received your order, please contact your nearest post office as soon as possible to find out whereabouts of your order.
